Returns
- You can request a return or exchange
- within 4 days of receiving your order
- Items from the Girls Party Collection are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to their sensitivity to repeated shipping. This policy ensures the products are delivered in the best condition possible.
- Item must be unworn, unwashed & in original packaging
- Tags must be attached.
- If not the item will not be applicable for exchange anymore.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2-3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please process it as a return and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, including undergarments and accessories that have been worn.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Return Inspection
All returns are inspected upon receipt. Items showing intentional damage, misuse, or excessive wear after delivery will not be refunded. Such items may be returned to you at your expense.
